Runner’s knee. A diagnosis so common in runners, it got it’s own name.

Take a look as I outline:

– The patella/knee cap is the source of pain in Runner’s Knee

– Faulty mechanics and repetitive stress is the cause of pain

– Corrective exercises can eliminate this pain
