As the first face our patients see, the Front Office Coordinator plays a vital role in setting the tone for the entire care experience.
Position Summary
We are looking for an organized, friendly, and energetic Front Office Coordinator to join our patient-centered team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, check-ins, insurance verifications, and general administrative duties to help ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Assist with patient intake forms and data entry into the electronic health record (EHR) system
Coordinate with chiropractors, physical therapists, and other team members to ensure timely patient flow
Handle general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting strongly preferred
Familiarity with chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness services is a plus
Proficiency with EHR systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable handling confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
A calm, compassionate, and professional demeanor under pressure
