As the first face our patients see, the Front Office Coordinator plays a vital role in setting the tone for the entire care experience.

Position Summary

We are looking for an organized, friendly, and energetic Front Office Coordinator to join our patient-centered team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, check-ins, insurance verifications, and general administrative duties to help ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival

  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

  • Schedule and confirm appointments

  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or payments

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area

  • Assist with patient intake forms and data entry into the electronic health record (EHR) system

  • Coordinate with chiropractors, physical therapists, and other team members to ensure timely patient flow

  • Handle general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness services is a plus

  • Proficiency with EHR systems

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable handling confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • A calm, compassionate, and professional demeanor under pressure
